Friday 23rd July
SARAH SAVOY
& the Francadians

From Eunice Louisiana, Sarah powerfully fronts this band of French musicians performing Cajun and Zydeco roots music. Sarah belts out sassy blues, growls through honky-tonk-inspired Cajun songs of the 1940’s and 50’s, and wails the bitterness of some of Cajun music’s most forlorn waltzes. Add in  her own original compositions and a mix of hillbilly and country music, and you get one of the new Cajun greats.
